David Dahlmeier has extensive litigation and trial experience and has successfully represented product manufacturers, distributors, and agribusinesses in both state and federal court nationwide. He focuses his practice in the areas of product liability, construction, commercial litigation and insurance coverage. He has represented general contractors and subcontractors in several states in cases arising from construction defect claims. With training in forensic investigation techniques, as well as technical training in propane and natural gas safety issues, he also has substantial experience in fire and explosion cases.

Mr. Dahlmeier is a magna cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law and received his B.A. from Hamline University. He completed a one-year clerkship with the Minnesota District Court. Mr. Dahlmeier is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Propane Gas Defense Association. He is recognized as a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics.
