Mark Bradford practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and appeals. He was part of an appellate team that achieved a reversal of a $52.5 million verdict against an insurer, and was part of a trial team that achieved a $21.6 million verdict against a railroad in a wrongful death case. He has represented clients in all phases of civil litigation in state and federal court, including dispositive motion practice, trial, and appeal. He has been included in the Minnesota Rising Stars list, published by Minnesota Law & Politics/Super Lawyers each year since 2007, and was selected as an "Up and Coming" Attorney by Minnesota Lawyer in 2009.

Mr. Bradford serves as co-chair of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association Insurance Law Committee. He also serves as a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association Appellate Council, and the Fourth Judicial Ethics Committee, and is a Barrister with the Douglas K. Amdahl Inn of Court. In addition, Mr. Bradford is a member of the American Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, and Defense Research Institute.

Mr. Bradford received his law degree from the DePaul University College of Law, where he graduated in the top one percent of the class and received CALI awards for the highest examination grades in antitrust, legal writing, criminal law, and property. During law school, Mr. Bradford served on the Executive Board of the DePaul Law Review and also completed an externship with the Honorable William J. Bauer, United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
