For the past 35 years, Jeanne Unger has focused her practice in insurance coverage litigation and appellate practice.  Jeanne has significant experience advising clients on insurance coverage issues and representing insurance companies in coverage litigation.

Jeanne graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1978 and received her J.D. cum laude from the University of Minnesota in 1981.  She has served as the chair and vice-chair of the Insurance Law Committee of DRI.  Jeanne speaks extensively on insurance coverage issues for many organizations including the American Bar Association and DRI.  She has been selected to the Minnesota Super Lawyers list, published by Super Lawyers Magazine, on several occasions and has repeatedly been named to the “Top 100 Female Super Lawyers” list published in Minnesota Law & Politics, Mpls./St. Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business.  In 2012, Jeanne was named the “Minneapolis Best Lawyers Insurance Law Lawyer of the Year.”
