Janine Loetscher focuses her practice on insurance coverage, construction law, products liability, and personal injury. She has also been involved in a broad variety of appeals.

Janine’s insurance coverage practice includes assisting clients with coverage analysis and providing opinions with respect to coverage for particular claims, as well as litigating coverage disputes.  She represents clients in construction cases involving commercial, multi-family and residential projects.  Janine is an active member of the Association of Women Contractors.

Janine graduated magna cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law and received her B.A. from the College of St. Benedict where she was awarded the President Scholarship.
