Bassford Remele is a full service litigation firm located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Founded in 1882, the firm represents local, national and international clients in all areas of civil litigation and dispute resolution.
Bassford Remele encourages all employees to recognize the value of diversity in the workplace and is committed to full respect for all of its attorneys, staff, clients and others. Differences in our employees because of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability and marital status are welcome. Discrimination is not tolerated.
This pledge embraces the value of understanding and considering differences in backgrounds and approaches. Bassford Remele has long recognized that having lawyers and staff of diverse genders, races, religions, ethnicities, cultures and socio-economic backgrounds contributes to a more well-rounded evaluation of legal issues and more effective representation of our clients.
We encourage all employees to identify practices, attitudes or systems which may undermine our commitment to diversity in the workplace, so that the firm can deal with those issues in a constructive manner.
