Stanford Hill Elected to ABOTA

Bassford Remele is pleased to announce that Shareholder Stanford P. Hill was elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is an elite organization of accomplished trial lawyers who are deemed by members to be of high personal character and honorable reputation. Membership is by invitation only. The primary purpose of ABOTA is the preservation of the civil jury trial. Mr. Hill joins Bassford lawyers Lewis A. Remele, Jr., Rebecca Egge Moos, Patrick J. Sauter, Louis J. Speltz, Andrew L. Marshall, and Jan M. Gunderson who have also earned this honor.
Mr. Hill is an experienced trial lawyer with more than 25 years of experience. He has tried more than 30 jury trials and 50 court trials, arbitrated over 200 claims, and mediated over 100 cases. He is a Civil Trial Specialist, certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Minnesota State Bar Association. Mr. Hill is a Minnesota Supreme Court qualified arbitrator and mediator and has arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases. Mr. Hill is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He focuses his practice on litigation, with an emphasis on real estate disputes, and is a frequent lecturer on those topics.
