Rebecca Egge Moos to Co-Chair 2010 Medical Malpractice Conference

Bassford Remele Shareholder Rebecca Egge Moos will Co-Chair the 2010 Medical Malpractice Conference jointly sponsored by the Hennepin County Bar Association, Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, and Minnesota Association for Justice on Thursday, April 22, 2010. The seminar will be held from 8:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the University of Minnesota Law School. Bassford Remele Shareholder Gregory P. Bulinski will be presenting "Mental Health Issues: 72-Hour Holds/Immunity."
Ms. Moos is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Bar Foundation. She is a Minnesota State Bar Association board-certified civil trial specialist and a past president of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association and the Minnesota Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Ms. Moos represents health care professionals, hospitals and clinics in medical malpractice and board matters. She also represents local and national insurers and corporations in complex commercial claims. In addition, Ms. Moos serves as arbitrator and mediator in civil litigation matters.
Mr. Bulinski is a trial lawyer with over 30 years of experience. He has been recognized as a Top 40 Health Care, Top 40 Business Litigation and Top 100 Super Lawyer by Minnesota Law & Politics. In addition, he was selected as an Attorney of the Year by Minnesota Lawyer. Mr. Bulinski has served as president of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association. He was a member of the Citizens Commission for the Preservation of an Independent Judiciary, which was chaired by Governor Quie. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association Diversity Implementation Task Force. Mr. Bulinski practices in all areas of litigation, including health and hospital law, professional disciplinary matters, products liability, subrogation and commercial litigation.
