Rebecca Egge Moos Elected President of Minnesota Chapter of ABOTA

Bassford Remele is pleased to announce that Shareholder Rebecca Egge Moos was elected president of the Minnesota Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is an elite organization of accomplished trial lawyers who are of high personal character and honorable reputation. Membership is by invitation only. The primary purpose of ABOTA is the preservation of the civil jury trial.
Ms. Moos is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Bar Foundation. She is a Minnesota State Bar Association board-certified civil trial specialist and a past president of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association. Ms. Moos represents health care professionals, hospitals and clinics in medical malpractice and board matters. She also represents local and national insurers and corporations in complex commercial claims. In addition, Ms. Moos serves as arbitrator and mediator in civil litigation matters.
