Mr. Bradford practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and appeals. He was part of an appellate team that achieved a reversal of a $52.5 million verdict against an insurer, and was part of a trial team that achieved a $21.6 million verdict against a railroad in a wrongful death case. He has represented clients in all phases of civil litigation, including dispositive motion practice, trial, and appeal.
