Michael Klutho and Christopher Morris to Speak at Credit and Collection Industry's Annual Convention

Bassford Remele Shareholders Michael A. Klutho and Christopher R. Morris will present at the ACA International's 68th Annual Convention and the 11th Annual Members' Attorney Program Legal Education Conference on July 26-28 in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Klutho will present "Effectively Using the Bona Fide Error Defense" and "Rule 68 Offers of Judgment." Mr. Klutho will also moderate a panel discussion on "Trial Strategies" to the General Session. Mr. Morris will present "Handling Discovery in Credit and Collection Cases."
