Christopher Morris Inducted as President of the Hennepin County Bar Association

Bassford Remele is pleased to announce that Shareholder Christopher R. Morris has become the 91st president of the Hennepin County Bar Association (HCBA). In keeping with Bassford Remele's continuing service commitment to the public sector and legal community, Mr. Morris joins fellow Bassford lawyers Bergmann Richards, Frederick E. Finch and Lewis A. Remele, Jr., who have previously served as HCBA presidents.
The 8,400 member HCBA exists to serve the needs of its membership by advancing professionalism, ethical conduct, diversity, competence, practice development, and collegiality in the legal profession.
Mr. Morris is a graduate of Harvard University and the University of Minnesota Law School. He focuses his practice on representing businesses and individuals in commercial, employment and insurance disputes, defending attorneys and other professionals against malpractice claims, and advising businesses on compliance with federal privacy laws.
