Ms. Moos devotes her practice to litigation and represents health care professionals, hospitals and clinics in medical malpractice and board matters. She also represents local and national insurers and corporations in complex commercial claims. Ms. Moos also serves as arbitrator and mediator in civil litigation matters.
Ms. Unger has focused her practice in insurance coverage litigation and appellate practice for the past 20 years. Ms. Unger has significant experience advising clients on insurance coverage issues and representing insurance companies in coverage litigation.
Ms. McKnight is a trial lawyer, focusing on defending a wide range of employers and boards of directors in federal and state courts and administrative agencies on employment-related and commercial litigation.
