Stephen Plunkett Appointed to DRI Law Institute

At the recent Annual Meeting of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) - The Voice of the Defense Bar, Shareholder Stephen O. Plunkett was appointed to a three-year term with DRI's Law Institute for the 23,000 member organization. As one of the twelve Law Institute members, Mr. Plunkett is responsible for the creation and direction of seminars and continuing legal education programs for the nation's largest organization of defense trial lawyers.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Mr. Plunkett focuses his practice on representing nursing home and assisted living facilities in the Midwest. He has spoken nationally on issues facing long term care facilities and chaired national seminars dealing with long term care litigation issues. He is also the chair of DRI's Medical Liability and Health Care Law Committee.
