Bassford Remele's Visitor COVID-19 Protocols

Bassford Remele is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for employees and our clients and visitors. Visitors are asked to practice hygiene etiquette. Hand sanitizer, tissues, and extra masks are available throughout the firm. Physical distancing requirements have been lifted by the City of Minneapolis and the State of Minnesota, but visitors are asked to mindful of closeness to others.

Definition of “Fully Vaccinated”

For purposes of these protocols, the firm is following the CDC guidelines: people are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 two weeks after they have received the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer or Moderna vaccine) or two weeks after they received a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson).

Mask Mandate

Bassford Remele will continue to follow CDC guidelines and allow individuals who have been fully vaccinated to visit the law firm without a mask. The elimination of the mask requirement is reserved only for those visitors who have been fully vaccinated per CDC guidelines. Bassford Remele will not formally request visitors provide proof of vaccination so following this protocol will be on the honor system. Regardless of your vaccine status, you can choose to wear a mask in Bassford Remele’s office. The success of this policy is dependent upon everyone showing respect, tolerance, and kindness of others’ choices.

Visitors Who Have Had COVID Exposure

Visitors who are fully vaccinated who have been around someone who is experiencing symptoms of COVID or who has tested positive for COVID-19 can visit Bassford Remele’s office if they are not exhibiting any symptoms of COVID. Regardless of vaccine status, if a visitor is exhibiting symptoms, he/she should not come to the firm’s office.

Thank you for your cooperation in the implementation of these health safety procedures.
