• At the 2019 Call to Action, lawyers from private law firms concluded that an effective well-being effort requires clarity from firm leadership, grounded in both economics and morality, that: 1) the firm's people are its most important resource; 2) law is a high-pressure profession; and 3) wellness is critical for recruitment, retention, and performance.
