Kevin Hickey and Aram Desteian will present New Developments in Ethics and Professional Responsibility at the 2022 Civil Litigator's Annual Update for Minnesota CLE on Wednesday, February 2, 2022.

• Recent ethics and attorney discipline matters affecting civil litigators, and developments in Minnesota legal malpractice cases will be discussed (.75 ethics credits have been applied for).

Kevin Hickey represents lawyers and law firms in professional liability matters. He serves as Bassford Remele's General Counsel.

Aram Desteian counsels and defends other lawyers against a spectrum of professional liability claims. He also represents businesses in complex commercial litigation. Aram serves as Bassford Remele's Associate General Counsel.
