Bassford Remele is pleased to announce that Leah Ceee O. Boomsma has joined the firm as a shareholder.
Leah Boomsma focuses her practice in the area of complex commercial litigation, bringing more than 10 years of experience in appeals, dispositive motion practice, expert collaboration, and jury trials to her clients. She represents businesses in general litigation matters including personal injury, property damage, and product liability defense, and involving railroads, utilities, and regulated industries. Ms. Boomsma graduated summa cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law. Before entering private practice, Ms. Boomsma clerked for the Honorable Kermit E. Bye of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and for the Honorable Alan C. Page, the Honorable Helen M. Meyer and the Honorable Christopher J. Dietzen of the Minnesota Supreme Court.
