Tal devotes a substantial portion of his practice to representing recovery professionals, businesses, collection agencies, and other financial institutions in a variety of litigation matters including claims brought under the FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, and related state statutory and common-law claims. In addition to consumer litigation, Tal is experienced in complex commercial, construction, professional liability, and products liability litigation.
