Uzodima Franklin Aba-Onu was elected to a three-year term as a Director of the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association (FBA). The FBA's mission is to strengthen the federal legal system and administration of justice by serving the interests and the needs of the federal practitioner, the federal judiciary, and the public they serve.
Mr. Aba-Onu also serves as Treasurer for the Minnesota Association of Black Lawyers (MABL). MABL's mission is to promote and support the professional development of Black lawyers, judges, and law students in Minnesota. To this end, MABL is committed to the overall goal of representing the interests of Black citizens and their community in the legal profession and in the judicial system throughout the state.
