Cameron Lallier Joins Bassford Remele


Bassford Remele is pleased to announce that Cameron A. Lallier has joined the firm as a shareholder. Cameron’s practice focuses on representing banks and other financial institutions in matters involving workouts, bankruptcy and the enforcement of security interests. His practice also includes representation of chapter 11 debtors.

Cameron represents financial institutions in commercial loan transactions and the restructuring of troubled loans. He has represented a variety of asset-based lenders and equipment lenders in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Cameron also represents many other financial institutions in both commercial and consumer regulatory and compliance issues such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Cameron also has experience working with purchasers of various companies and assets from Chapter 11 debtors. He has worked with bankruptcy trustees, creditor committees, and trade groups in a variety of cases both in Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court workouts.
