Case Marshall is a litigator who represents corporations and individuals in commercial disputes, and navigates families, businesses, and individuals through trust and estate conflicts. Casey regularly represents clients in shareholder and securities disputes, as well as other business-related claims, in multiple jurisdictions. He represents clients in probate, state, federal, and appellate courts, recently helping resolve multiple proceedings initiated by beneficiaries of trusts and disputes between shareholders in closely-held corporations.

Aram Desteian represents businesses in complex commercial litigation, and also counsels and defends other lawyers against a spectrum of professional liability claims. His commercial litigation practice includes representing businesses in a wide range of business disputes. As a professional liability attorney, he regularly helps other lawyers prevent and navigate lawsuits, investigations, board proceedings, and hearings involving legal ethics, legal malpractice, and other areas relating to the law of lawyering. Aram is Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association Professionalism & Ethics Section and serves as Bassford Remele's Associate General Counsel.

Olivia Liz-Fonts is a law clerk at Bassford Remele. She is a third-year law student at the University of St. Thomas School of Law where she participated in the immigration clinic. She received her undergraduate degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
