Firm Recognizes Veterans at Monthly DEI Awareness Event
NEWS
Bassford Remele continued its monthly DEI Awareness Event initiative promoting awareness of diverse cultures and perspectives.
Bassford Operations Coordinator and Minnesota Army National Guard SFC Paul Bramsen, along with DEI Team members Kelly Putney and Madeline Gustafson, led a firm luncheon and discussion about veterans, their service to our country, and ways that employers can and must accommodate their important commitments. The team shared stories about Bassford family members who served in the United States Armed Forces, including many who served during times of conflict and as POWs.
The photo below shows Bassford’s Billing Specialist Minnesota Army National Guard SGT Kimberlee Ratliff receiving her promotion from SFC Paul Bramsen.
As part of the Firm’s initiative to support diverse-owned businesses, attendees also enjoyed lunch from Unique Dining Catering, a veteran-owned business.
Thank you, Veterans. We honor all who served.
