Kristin Kingsbury focuses her practice in business and commercial litigation, bringing more than 15 years of experience as a problem solver to her clients. Kristin assists clients to resolve business disputes in a variety of subject matters. She has resolved employment law matters, partnership disputes and buy-outs, breaches of contract disputes among business entities (including remedies available under the Uniform Commercial Code), and commercial real estate issues including landlord/tenant, property purchase and sale issues, construction law, encroachments, franchise law, borrower/lender relationships, and land-use issues including environmental review, zoning and permitting. Kristin has advised clients and appeared in courts across the country.

Beth LaCanne is a litigator focusing her practice in the areas of employment litigation/advice, professional liability, and general liability. Beth brings broad legal knowledge and litigation skills in the areas of employment law, personal injury, medical malpractice, health law, employment law, and professional licensure to her clients. She represents employers and businesses regarding violations of local, state and federal discrimination and wage statutes in court and administrative agencies. She also advises clients faced with accommodation requests, difficult employees, and terminations. Beth serves as Treasurer of the Hennepin County Bar Foundation Board of Directors and was appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court to serve as a member to the Commission on Judicial Selection for the Tenth Judicial District.
