Steve Plunkett received a jury defense verdict in a nursing home trial in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Plaintiff alleged negligence by the skilled nursing facility’s staff related to the care of a resident’s skin and pressure wound. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the skilled nursing facility after a few hours of deliberation.
