Mr. Marquet is a commercial litigator whose practice focuses in complex matters involving intellectual property, products liability, unfair competition, and healthcare law.
Mr. Marquet regularly defends and prosecutes lawsuits involving trademark infringement, copyright infringement, and unfair competition, as well as lawsuits alleging defective products and toxic torts. Mr. Marquet recently obtained the dismissal of substantial unfair competition claims as a result of multiple, successful motions to dismiss. He also recently negotiated the successful resolution of significant trademark infringement claims.
Mr. Marquet represents business entities, including Fortune 100 corporations and individuals, in trial courts and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He has represented clients such as Conagra Brands, Inc., Chobani, LLC, Honeywell International, Inc., The Wayside House, Inc. d/b/a Wayside Recovery Center, and MES Group, Inc.
Mr. Marquet is a cum laude graduate from Boston College Law School. He graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
