Ms. Kingsbury focuses her practice in business and commercial litigation, bringing more than 15 years of experience as a problem solver to her clients.

Ms. Kingsbury’s skill set is steeped in business litigation and she will go to trial if that is what the case requires. However, Ms. Kingsbury uses her background in court procedures and practice to keep clients out of court when possible to enable them to concentrate on their business. Ms. Kingsbury uses litigation to address real business problems and provide real business solutions. She uses past experience and analysis to assist clients in evaluating risk on the forefront in order to craft the optimal proposed resolution. Ms. Kingsbury uses litigation to facilitate non-litigation results.

Ms. Kingsbury assists clients to resolve business disputes in a variety of subject matters. She has resolved employment law matters, partnership disputes and buy-outs, breaches of contract disputes among business entities (including remedies available under the Uniform Commercial Code), and commercial real estate issues including landlord/tenant, property purchase and sale issues, construction law, encroachments, franchise law, borrower/lender relationships, and land-use issues including environmental review, zoning and permitting. Ms. Kingsbury has advised clients and appeared in courts across the country.
