Madeline Gustafson represents clients in various legal matters, including construction and real estate, employment, general commercial litigation, and professional liability law.
Madeline is focused on crafting results-driven solutions to ensure the most favorable outcomes for her clients. She is passionate about applying the law to everyday client problems and translating legalese into practical information for clients. Madeline’s favorite issues are complex legal questions requiring her to craft creative, out-of-the-box solutions. She has experience advocating for clients in a variety of settings, including individuals and entities in construction-related disputes, representing employers facing discrimination lawsuits, and in counseling businesses on consumer law, professional liability, and data privacy matters. Madeline’s wide array of experience, combined with her marketing, business, and journalism background, allows her to seek the best outcomes in a multidisciplinary way for her clients.
Madeline attended Drake University Law School, completing her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration with honors. During law school, she interned with the Iowa Hospital Association in government relations, where she assisted in lobbying for telehealth legislation. Madeline was also selected for a prestigious business fellowship at Atlantic Media in Washington, D.C., and interned in the Office of the First Lady at the White House.
