Ms. Hough is a passionate litigator who focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, general liability, employment litigation/advice, consumer law defense, and real estate litigation.

Ms. Hough combines her passion with her strategic perspective to effectively represent businesses of all sizes nationally across a broad range of industries including real estate, construction, manufacturing, banking and more. She has successfully participated in claims involving breach of contract, product liability, insurance coverage, territory disputes, business torts including fraud and unfair competition, shareholder disputes, employee and employer disputes, and commercial lease disputes. Ms. Hough frequently advises her clients on day-to-day business matters, employment issues, and out-of-court dispute resolution.

Ms. Hough is passionate about serving the community around her through serving on two non-profit boards, volunteering, and pro-bono work such as helping LGBTQ+ individuals apply for asylum and working with women of domestic violence.
