Overview

Mr. Gregory is a trial lawyer who helps licensed professionals and providers navigate and prevent lawsuits, investigations, and board proceedings and hearings.

Mr. Gregory regularly defends lawyers against legal malpractice and a variety of other tort claims, and counsels and represents them in ethics matters. He also defends long term care facilities and providers, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, group homes, chemical dependency treatment facilities, and home nursing agencies, against medical negligence claims.

Mr. Gregory has tried several cases to verdict and also has considerable experience representing businesses and individuals in a variety of commercial disputes.

Mr. Gregory graduated cum laude from the University of St. Thomas Law School, where he served as a member of the Moot Court team. Following law school, he served as a judicial law clerk with the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
