Overview

Ms. Stewart is an attorney who focuses her practice in employment, general liability, personal injury, and trust and estates litigation.

Ms. Stewart is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. While in law school she received the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Award, the 2015 1L Twin Cities Diversity in Practice Rotation Clerkship, and the 2016 Minnesota Association of Black Lawyers Foundation Scholarship Award. She also participated in Maynard Pirsig Moot Court and served as a legal extern with the Fourth Judicial District for the Honorable Judge Regis.

Ms. Stewart received her undergraduate degree in Philosophy, with a minor in Africana Studies from Wellesley College. She was the Founder and President of the Wellesley Women of Color Pre-Law Society and received the 2009 Wellesley College Harambee House Office of Multicultural Programs and Services Academic Achievement Award.

Ms. Stewart is a member of the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association Diversity Committee. Through her participation in the Committee, Ms. Stewart was appointed by the Honorable Tony N. Leung to serve as one of the two Federal Bar Association-Minnesota State Bar Association Liaisons. Ms. Stewart is also a member of the Emerging Leaders Group of Twin Cities Diversity in Practice and on the Legislative Committee of the Minnesota Association of Black Lawyers.
