Alternative Dispute Resolution

Alternative dispute resolution—arbitration and mediation—are important tools in the legal tool chest. Bassford Remele attorneys have served as arbitrators and mediators in more than 1,200 cases.

Our team includes a Minnesota Supreme Court-qualified arbitrator and mediator and a designated Special Master who has been appointed in both state and federal courts to assist with pre-trial discovery and other related responsibilities. Additionally, we regularly serve as arbitrators and mediators for the American Arbitration Association and are frequently retained by private parties and corporations to help resolve business disputes.
