Since 2004, we have been representing market, affordable, and subsidized-housing management companies and owners in a wide range of disputes with tenants — from eviction actions to repair claims to fair housing complaints. Whether we are representing clients in court or helping them avoid disputes before they occur, we have the diligence and knowledge to help navigate legal challenges. We have extensive experience in providing fair housing and other training for our clients, and we issue regular alerts to keep clients up to date on legal developments. We also draft leases and handbooks and have deep experience in helping clients comply with myriad complex regulations and laws, including the Violence Against Women Act, the Fair Housing Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and HUD regulations and guidance related to assistance animals and criminal screening. 

Beyond this experience, we have another asset on our side: strong, long-held professional relationships with legal aid attorneys, other tenant advocates, and the courts. These connections and relationships play a big part in allowing us to resolve our clients’ claims effectively, efficiently, and to their satisfaction.
