Steven Sitek has fulfilled the requirements of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s (MSBA) Certification program and the Minnesota Civil Trial Law Certification Board has certified him as a MSBA Certified Civil Trial Law Specialist.

As a MSBA Certified Legal Specialist, Steve is recognized as having an enhanced level of skill and expertise, as well as substantial involvement in civil trial law. Steve provided evidence of his experience in civil trial law and references from judges and other lawyers. He also passed a written examination in the substantive and procedural law in this specialty area.
Steve focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, trust and estate litigation, and general liability, bringing nearly 20 years of litigation and trial experience to his clients. He currently serves as president of the 700-member Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association and is the Board of Directors liaison for its Construction Section.
