Bassford Remele Shareholder Danielle Fitzsimmons and Attorney Beth LaCanne will present "Advanced Leave Topics: Requirements for Two Special Situations" at the How to Manage Leave Requests seminar for Minnesota Continuing Legal Education on January 31, 2024. The session examines requirements for two special situations:

  • Intermittent Leave
  • Leave for mental health conditions or chemical dependency

Danielle Fitzsimmons is Co-Chair of the Bassford Remele Employment Law Practice Group.
