Patrick joined three credit union industry leaders for an engaging executive roundtable discussion about notable trends in Minnesota’s credit union community—where the industry is growing, what’s shifting, and what to watch for in the year ahead. The conversation highlighted both the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of credit unions.

Together, the group explored how credit unions are navigating ongoing uncertainty, balancing the need for transparency, and fostering strong internal cultures that keep teams and members connected.
