Biography
Bryce Riddle is a litigator who practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, construction, data privacy and cybersecurity, and employment litigation. Bryce focuses on his client’s needs to achieve effective dispute resolutions, whether inside a courtroom or not.
Bryce advocates for his clients at all stages of litigation in state and federal court and has experience representing entities and individuals in disputes involving commercial, employment, and general liability claims. He also has significant class action experience in data breach and consumer privacy litigation.
Bryce’s broad range of experience and expertise extends to the following areas:
- Commercial litigation: shareholder disputes, breach of contract, fraud, class actions, and data privacy disputes.
- Construction: breach of contract, construction defect, insurance and bonding, project delays and cost overruns, and fraud.
- Employment: Unfair competition, restrictive covenants, and wrongful termination.
Bryce has been named to the Minnesota Rising Stars list since 2021 for his work in business litigation. Bryce graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, externed for the Honorable David S. Doty at the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and clerked for the Honorable Elizabeth Cutter and Bridget Sullivan in Hennepin County District Court. He serves as co-chair of Bassford Remele’s Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Group.
