Bassford Remele continued its monthly DEI Awareness Event initiative promoting awareness of diverse cultures and perspectives.

Bassford DEI Team Co-Chairs Janine Loetscher and Jeffrey Mulder led a firm luncheon and discussion celebrating Pride. The team discussed the history of discrimination against the LGBTQIA+ community, the origins of pride celebrations, and pride celebrations today. The Twin Cities Pride Festival takes place June 23-25, 2023 at Loring Park and Parade Park. The three-day festival features local BIPOC and LGBTQ+ vendors, food courts, a beer garden, and music stages. The 2023 Twin Cities LGBTQ+ Pride March will be held on Sunday, June 25, 2023, from 11:00-2:00 p.m. Additional information can be found at Twin Cities Pride.
