Her presentation, “Attorney Conflicts of Interest and Prohibited Transactions: Identifying and Resolving Ethical Challenges,” explored strategies for minimizing ethics violations and reducing the risk of malpractice claims.

Conflicts of interest are a daily consideration for most practitioners and can arise in many forms—through business transactions, representation of multiple clients, prohibited transactions, or decisions to take on new matters.
