Ms. Chudasama is a skilled litigator who has represented individuals and entities at all stages of litigation, including on appeal. Ms. Chudasama focuses her practice in the areas of medical malpractice, legal malpractice, personal injury, and general liability. She has significant experience in cases involving professional malpractice, vehicular collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, fires/explosions, products liability, defamation, and sexual assault.
Ms. Chudasama graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she had the opportunity to intern for Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael J. Gableman. She was a member of the Wisconsin Law Review and part of an award-winning team in an international moot arbitration competition. Ms. Chudasama won the Steward Macaulay Award for Excellence and Leadership in Contract Law.
Ms. Chudasama is an active member of the Ramsey County Bar Association and serves as an ethics investigator for the Second Judicial District. Ms. Chudasama was appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court to the No-Fault Standing Committee and is an active no-fault arbitrator. Ms. Chudasama is also active in the State Bar of Wisconsin, serving on the Board of Governors as well as the Nonresident Lawyers Division Board as President-Elect. Ms. Chudasama further serves on the Board of Civil Society, an organization that provides legal and other services to victims of human trafficking and sexual assault.
