Mr. Gilchrist is a litigation attorney, focusing his practice in the areas of construction, real estate, consumer finance, and trust and estates litigation.
Mr. Gilchrist has experience managing complex construction defect cases involving multiple parties. His practice includes taking depositions, preparing pleadings, and drafting and arguing dispositive motions. Mr. Gilchrist also has experience with land-use issues, including zoning disputes.
Mr. Gilchrist graduated cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. He is licensed in Minnesota, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
